Ripening period: end of September.
Max production/hectare: kg. 8,000 of grapes.
Vinification and refinement: pressing of the grapes with soft pressing of the crushed grapes. Natural clarification of the must. Controlled temperature fermentation (16/18°C); aging in steel vats.
Colour: straw yellow rippled with brilliant greenish reflections.
Perfume: surprising for its elegant olfactory range with white peach, hawthorn and toasted almond.
Taste: lean, fresh, savory and balanced.
Serve at: 8-10°C.
Pairings: ideal as an aperitif with fish and light dishes.
